I see that there are some very nice changes in store for us when Ubuntu 11.10 hits the streets in October 2011. Of greatest interest to me is the fact that Thunderbird 5 will become the default email client.

I have just released version 0.8c. It is exactly the same as version 0.8b, just recompiled for newer distributions. If you are currently using LinBMD without any problems on your distribution then you will not need to download this version. Let me know how it goes. Happy transcribing.

The PHP development team announced on 28 June 2001 that PHP 5.4alpha1 has been released. While this is a development release, we are encouraged to download, test and report bugs. This release should not be used in production. For more details be sure to check out php.net.
