Morning Run – 2011-05-29 (Comrades)
Distance : 87.61Km Pace : 7:21 min / Km Time : 10:44:32 Calories : 6005 Not too bad considering I trained for a sub 11 hour Comrades. I had hoped for somewhat better on the day though. Link to view the route I ran.
